CANCELLATION POLICY

LashBunnyBae Appointment & Cancellation Policy At LashBunnyBae, I strive to provide exceptional service while ensuring fair and efficient scheduling for all clients. To maintain the quality and availability of appointments, I require a valid credit card on file and a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits • Full Sets: $50 • 2-3 Week Fills & Lash Lift/Tint: $35 • Mini Fills & Other Services: $15 Your deposit will be applied as a credit toward your scheduled service. However, failure to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules will result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee. Cancellations & No-Shows • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours before your appointment via text or Instagram DM (@lashbunnybae) to avoid fees. • Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit. • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and the cancellation fee will apply. I acknowledge and agree that if I cancel or reschedule an appointment within less than 24 hours before my scheduled appointment time on more than three occasions during my history as a client at LashBunnyBae, I will be obligated to prepay the full amount of my appointments in advance to secure future bookings until the Business approves otherwise based on satisfactory attendance.
